Q: What is SPARK?
A: SPARK Group Training is our solution to Personal Training in a Group Setting. Gone are the days where the instructor works out in the front of class, and everyone tries to follow along, without much help from the instructor. Also, gone are the days that the instructor tells you what you're doing for your workout, and then leaving you to your own bidding. In our SPARK classes, we have Personal Trainers running class, correcting form, modifying exercises as needed!
